Project Brief:

A vision to re-imagine the existing athletic campus and create a new sports and entertainment community for New Orleans

Building Types:

College Football Stadium, Football Practice Facility, College Basketball Arena, Luxury Condos and Apartments, Student Housing, Food, Beverage, and Retail.

Design Concept: 

The design of this new sports and entertainment district takes inspiration from the classic planning gestures of New Orleans with its use of axis and public spaces. At the heart of this new neighborhood is 20,000 seat football stadium whose form mimics the billowing sails of the privateer ships that once sailed the nearby waters.
