Minnesota Twins Stadium

Target Field the home ballpark of the Minnesota Twins major league baseball franchise. The 39,504-seat open-air ballpark was completed in 2012 and is located in the warehouse district west of downtown Minneapolis. In association with Populous.

New Yankee Stadium

The baseball stadium home of the New York Yankees pays homage to the exterior design of the original Yankee Stadium, while the interior has the features of a modern ballpark, including 4,300 club seats and 68 luxury suites. In association with Populous.

St. Louis Cardinals Ballpark

Busch Stadium is the retro-style home of the St. Louis Cardinals major league baseball team. The stadium has a seating capacity of 43,975, and contains 3,706 club seats and 61 luxury suites. In association with Populous.

American Airlines Arena

American Airlines Arena is home to the Miami Heat professional basketball team. With a seating capacity of 18,550, the arena also features 25 suites and 720 premium/club seats. In association with Heinlein Schrock.

Sprint Center Arena

Kansas City Chiefs Training Facility

The Kansas City Chiefs’ training facility includes a three-story tall, football shaped, lobby/atrium featuring player memorabilia and a player’s lounge; a three-story office building for Chiefs’ administrative, marketing, training and executive staff; and two auditorium style meeting rooms.

Interscholastic League Stadium

The Kansas City (MO) School District engaged Garcia Architecture LLC to redesign the 25 year-old facility. provide design specifications for the 25-year-old facility. Planned upgrades include a new playing surface, sound and communications, running track, aluminum grandstands, locker rooms, press box, and concession stand.
